A relaxing cré make space offering materials, tools, techniques & guidance to explore clay at your own pace!

Ideal for adult beginners and improvers who would like to get a feel for handbuilding with clay, practice techniques or make a small personal project that is not currently covered in the weekly handbuilding blocks.

Book as as a one-off workshop or join the monthly make space in Youghal and Lismore.

What’s included:

~ All materials, tools & aprons provided.

~ This workshop begins with an introduction to clay handbuilding and decorating techniques, followed by plenty of time to realise your own ideas with professional support and guidance.

~ Bring your clay creations home on the day to air dry for free (which you can paint with coloured acrylics as a decorative piece), or leave it behind to be fired into ceramic and collected later (approx. 4-8 weeks lead time, additional fee applies)

Cré, the Irish word for both earth and clay, is a project by artist Siobhán Joyce offering clay workshops for all ages and abilities in the West Waterford and East Cork area in Ireland.
